Cheeky Pea /Alirium/Inquisitive Minds

I was recently told the Sim I had lived on for a year and a half was going to go away, but thanks to my persistent neighbor Maeve all is well. Maeve put the news out there and found a buyer for our lovely Inquisitive Minds Sim. The new owner Amari Maven squared up my long narrow strip of land, and I went for a whole new look, including a fresh house! With all the newness, I purchased all fresh landscaping elements, and I have fallen head over heels in love with Alirium!! The display area on the Alirium Sim is nothing short of genius!! My parcel looks amazing, if you have the prims don’t skimp on trees, go with Alirium!!

I got the notice this last week of a new collection at Collabor88 and I jetted over mostly in hopes of a brand new furniture set, but this amazing Cheeky Pea Hammock set is just perfect. I am never disappointed with Cheeky Pea and mesh furniture is by far the best!!! I also got the mesh bedroom set called Georgie (I got the adult version and all I can say is Isla Gealach you rock!!! Isla has the perfect eye for textures and making things look lived in and not generically new. The animations are awesome, there are couples animations too. I am looking forward to some summer time days inworld right here enjoying my little bit of SL heaven.

A day of 365

One year, 365 days, lots of them are similar.
Routines! Each morning we wake up, get ready for work and do our job.
Always knowing: Time goes by as quick as a flashlight and we ask:

Cheeky/Lloyd

I love the shopping that Lloyd Sim has to offer, and it has been awhile since I have been here, I was long overdue for a Lloyd shopping trip. I have been wearing this dress a lot lately because, I just adore it!!  Summer is coming, and it is perfect for a summery day. I got this cutie pie balloon dress at Stuff in Stock from Cheeky. I loved this dress so much I went to the Cheeky main store to see if there was more, but it is only at Stuff in Stock so far. I found some cute hoop earrings though and pounced the fat pack. I usually don’t do blonde hair, but I tried this one on from Truth Hair on and the demo was blonde, and I really liked it on me, so I got the light blonde pack. My ring from Pepper is super cool, if you haven’t been to Pepper you must go, there are lots of cool things there so don’t forget your Lindens you are gonna want them.

I found this amazing spot on Lloyd for some photos. I love it, the water flowers, pink flamingos and the pink plaid terrain what more could you ask for it is sooo picturesque. My too cute necklace from Pepper is one of my favorite’s. I can spell my name out on it. I got it in pink, but it comes in a nice colors. I am still wearing the amazing Ring Bop that Marleen Vaughan gave me from MIASNOW I had to show a detail of it, I need a fat pack!

Kawaii Fair/Petruchio

Hi there pixeled lovelies, I hope all is rezzed in your virtual world. I went to the Kawaii Fair and had a lot of fun shopping there. There are a lot of gifts here for the taking,  it is definitely worth the laggy effort. I recently got the cutest dress ever from Cheeky. When I saw  their booth at the fair and I got excited to see what cute stuff I would find in there and low and behold I found this really cute mesh top there. Down the road to my amazement were these shorts from Astonishd they matched perfectly. Then came the mesh satchel bag giftie from SHINE another perfect match

I realized the shoes I had got at Collabor88 last round from Kyoot would go with this ensemble perfectly. I went with gold for my jewelry with this outfit, as I don’t wear much gold but damn I love the ring I got from RICIELLI awhile back as a hunt gift. These are some new nails from [VIRTUAL/INSANITY] they are soo pretty I love them!  I have to say that Yummy is one of my favorite jewelry creators, I wish I would more silver from them. I love this necklace, the details are top notch as is all Yummy pieces.  I got this nose ring awhile back from Glow but, at TDR it isn’t there anymore but maybe it is at the main store. The lips!!! I am in love with these Dolly lips from Rozena, I got the first set a couple posts back, I went to the main store and got all colors they are my favorite!! This beautiful setting and home to a fantastic Indie Alternative club The Attic on the Petruchio Sim. There are many things to check out here on Petruchio from horseback riding, windsurfing and this lovely poppy field is outside the Attic in the Wizard of Oz section. Oz is a fairly new a must for exploring and Oz fans!!

Wear Gray for a Day

Hello there fashion addicts. Nothing makes me feel better than shopping for a good cause. This week I ventured to the Wear Gray For a Day, 2012 Marketplace. Designers from across the grid representing all styles and genres come together for a two-week marketplace to raise funds that benefit the American Brain Tumor Association. I found some really cute things here and there is a hunt going on there too.

This outfit really came together due to the adorable rings that  the lovely Marls Vaughan gave to all of us Concerned Bloggers girls. I had them on while at the Wear Gray event and found all the pieces here. The first thing that hit me was the necklace from [Acide!]  I bought cause it matched the rings, and it is too adorable for a skull and crossbones piece. I love the juxtapose of sweet and evil Then came the ballet slippers from je suis and I went back for the matching bangles, and I love them both, they will be in high use!

Next I found these lips from Rozena this is my first time wearing teeth showing lips and I really like this set. After that came the eye make-up and beauty marks from pekka so damn cute isn’t it!! Then one of the last stores I went into at the event was elymode and saw this bloomers and top set, and it all came to fruition a new outfit to blog and promote this extremely worthy shopping excursion. When I went back for the je suis bangles, I saw the ballet poses at the Fly Lily! store, after that I discovered the nose butterfly on my nose at Kennedy’s and then it really all fell together, yay all set for a fun photo shoot.

Tropicalia/Spirit Store/Stuff in Stock

Hola chicas y chicos!! Been slacking a bit but, real life has been taking over can you imagine wtf!! So there are so many little discount shops opening. I am loving it. The last couple weeks I discovered Stuff in Stock and Tropicalia. I gotta keep up that requires more SHOPPING!! I am down with that and ready to roll. This hot little skirt (well it is an outfit called Laise but i bought for the skirt) is at Tropicalia right now. Tropicalia is another collection changing discount collaboration of designers venue, it is by Chandelle it is mesh and extremely hot!!

I adore these shoe they are  also by Chandelle but at another super discount top designer shop called Stuff in Stock. This is a super little store, it is very much geared to vintage lovers. I got this top at the Whore Couture thingy and discovered a fun store packed with stuff called Spirit Store. I got a bunch of stuff while visiting this store, be prepared and be armed with  lindens. I love everything, I bought!!

Juicy Box tattoo

Yesterday I got this purty tattoo from a store that I hadn't heard of yet,  Juicy Box.   I love the design on this and how well it flows over the shoulders and chest. The edges are smooth and the detail excellent.  I'll definitely be checking out this store and no doubt come away with fewer lindens :)

Me Time

The life of a blogger is hectic and although I love all the stores I blog for, I sometimes feel like I don't get the opportunity to blog for myself that often. Tonight I am a little sad so to cheer myself up, I blogged for me. This includes messing with windlights and stuffs so the pics may be a little different than what you are used to from me. I also had a rage moment when SL decided to cover half of my pics with a black box in the bottom corner.
